A glimpse from the life of a Country Doctor
I don’t even ride horses, but I developed a bond with a grey (white hair but pigmented skin) Arabian princess my ex and I adopted in 2009 as a companion to her soon after that deceased Arabian gelding. Now, divorced, I am the proud and happy owner of a chestnut Arabian mare who is the much younger half sister of my first Arabian, who died from heart failure in 2016. And she has a buddy, a Paint Horse appropriately named Chance, who was a boarder but is now all mine.
Here’s a video of my first Arabian, Prudenta, doing her “bear dance”. We have bears and coyotes here…
