I appreciate getting health care to where it is needed, especially with equipment and privacy. And especially the bathroom! Years ago, through a hospital program, I did family mental health visits and depended on bathrooms in homes while there for 2-3 hours. I recall a missing bathroom door (the father had ripped it from the hinges in anger) and one with a fist hole, in part reasons for the visits. Before a visit, I'd locate public bathrooms nearby. As you have written, going into a home gives a health care worker useful information.
