I love it! What here applies to medicine can also be said of other professions. It brings to mind a college painting teacher of mine who said to us: "Stop thinking about creating masterpieces. You're not going to make anything worthwhile anyway until you've been out of school for at least ten years. Just keep working." One might say that artistic pursuits are different. Not at all. Anything that we pursue with passion takes time and work and stick to, and yes, creativity. Maybe especially with Medicine. I have always admired your uncanny ability with diagnoses, and it certainly takes a very experienced, and creative physician to find the needle in the haystack that can be a rare or unusual condition that many doctors wouldn't have the imagination to consider.
