I graduated in 1979 near the top of my class from medical school in Uppsala, Sweden, home of Linnaeus, Celsius and Angstrom. I have worked in Sweden’s socialized medicine, in an American cash practice, in student health, in Federally Qualified Health Centers in midcoast Maine and far northern Maine, and now in Galileo Medical, a novel housecall practice. I am the author of two books on the practice of medicine and a 16 year blogging veteran at Acountrydoctorwrites.blog and now on Substack at Acountrydoctorwrites.com. I would like to offer free individual mentoring to three clinicians in the early stages of their career. If interested, email me at contact(at)Acountrydoctorwrites.com.

Lucky will be the clinicians that take you up on this generous offer. Lucky for their patients too.
I shared this with an Internet friend of mine, who is in her first year of Pediatric residency in New York City.
